Oatmeal Raisin Cookies 

Ingredients

1 cup of butter at room temperature 

3/4 cup of sugar 

2 tbsp of molasses 

1 1/4 cup of oats 

3/4 cup of sifted flour 

1 tsp of ground cinnamon 

1/2 tsp of baking powder 

1/2 tsp of salt 

Recipe

While the butter is coming to room temperature, mix the oats, flour, cinnamon, baking powder and salt in a separate bowl. After mixing the dry ingredients, add the butter, sugar and molasses in a mixing bowl and. Beat the butter cream for 5 minutes. 

 

After 5 minutes, add an egg. Once fully blended add maple syrup. Once that is blended, add the dry ingredients. Beat at a slow speed, till the dough joins, then amp up the speed till the dough is consistent. Once the dough is consistent, fold in the raisins. Dont use the beater. You will destroy your raisins. Bag the dough up and refrigerate over night. 

 

Preheat the air fryer to 325 or oven to 375. While the air fryer is preheating, prepare the cookies for baking. Roll around 2 tbsp of dough into a ball. Smash the cookie dough down with a fork. Bake for 15-17 minutes
